How do I fix my yahoo avatar issues?

  • I can no longer customize my avatar. The preview window comes up blank and the images under the "appearances" tab show briefly then go blank as well. I have tried 2 different browser, Firefox & IE. My husband can change his on the same computer under his account. I tried Yahoo support, they wanted to charge me $38 for an answer, no avatar is worth that. I am a novice and have become completely frustrated and need help. The OS is XP.

    It's not just you, I haven't been able to use the Blank avatar screen for awhile. Someone said it's because of the change from the pulse to the profile page. Someone else said it's a glitch. I have asked this on the Suggestion Board and so far not getting a real reason. There are others that are having this same issue. I guess we just have to wait on Yahoo.
