How to get rid of att homepage?

The zinblog is still bothering my homepage. how do i get rid of it permanently??

I've posted a question regarding getting rid of the zinblog page which always appear and I can't change my homepage. I've tried all of your suggestions and still it didn't work. I've even formatted my hard drive just to get rid of it . What do I need to do argghhh!!! please help!!!!
