I can't change my name, it's stuck as a question mark, nor can I change my avatar ... why!?

So I can't change my name, I can't change my avatar which has reverted back to the old school default avatar, and there's no longer an option to view my profile. It's been like this for over a week. What to do?

Idk but it did the same sh'it to me and it made me so mad so i created an entire new yahoo! email. Which really makes me mad because it took me forever to get to level 2 on this thing.
