Can I make my Avatar do specific things (like wink) if someone opens it?

When I first created my avatar, it said something about having your avatar "wink at a cute guy." Can I acctually do that, or were they exaderating? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

um im not sure if there was anything about 'wink at a cute guy' but on the avatar homepage,above where the avatar is theres little smiley faces that allows your avatar to laugh,cry,look angry,etc...
