Why Can't I change my Username, Upload a Picture or Avatar and Get into my Yahoo Profile?

It keeps telling me that "It can't save at this time" for my Username, "You must use this format of picture" even though I did for my Avatar/Picture and it says "Maintenance" when I go to my Yahoo Profile?

Answer:
The change from the pulse page to a new system and renaming it the profile page as it used to be seem to be causing problems changing names and avatars. There is a thread on the suggestion board about it.
