Why has the comment section been eliminated from Yahoo news stories?

i hope so, i've read some of the comments people leave - the only place where people leave dumber comments is on youtube.

It's a refreshing change not to see endless racist comments from the trolls. Of course though that means that all that is left are the 'news' articles, which clearly underlines just how mindless Yahoo news articles are. They're obviously written to pander to the brain dead bigoted readers of The Sun and The Daily Mail.

Yahoo has censored Americans exercising free speech, and independent thought on Yahoo News. The big question is why, but everyone knows the answer. There is something deeply wrong with this country. Our rights taken away, Economic War declared on the citizens, complete voting fraud, open tyranny run a muck in the Imperial Capital DC etc.... As much as I pray not to see it, I feel something very terrible is going to happen in this country, that makes what Nazi Germany did pre-WWII look like a Green Peace effort. Am I alone in this feeling? I's bickering about the terms Democrat and Republican, by the US citizens, what the Government wants us to do to prevent us from being a united people? Did the founding fathers go to war against England for less?

According to OMG!, Yahoo! is experiencing "problems" with the comment sections - that's all it says, nothing more.
