Why Does My Screen Flicker on and Off while Playing Games?

Yahoo Games. Literati. I used to be able to chat while playing but now the screen doesn't allow it?

• Something really weird happened one day when I was playing Literati in Yahoo Games. The screen suddenly expanded and now I can still play the game but I am unable to reduce or move up the screen to be able to chat with my competitor. I have also found that other screens outside of yahoo games has the font blown out of proportion too since that occurance. Please don't tell me to reboot because that didn't help. Why did this happen and how do I get everything back to how it was? Thanks in advance.

     It sounds as if you may have accidentally changed the font size. The exact steps to fix this vary somewhat between different browsers but it's easy enough to figure out.    Usually it's under "View" in your your browser's toolbar. This is at the top of the window, you should see things like File, Edit, View, Go etc... Click or hover on View, then do the same on Text Size or something similar. From there you can decrease your font size.    Also, you can sometimes do the same thing with your mouse or keyboard. If your mouse has a scroll wheel try holding down the Ctrl button on your keyboard while scrolling the wheel. If not, try holding down Ctrl while pushing the minus sign (the one by the numbers) on your keyboard.
