Duplicate window for my own webcam on yahoo messenger?

I chat with my friend on webcam, On my screen i see two windows for webcam ofcourse, one broadcasting my images ,lets call it A , and other one for my friend ......lets call this one B; All of a sudden, window for my friend's webcam started showing MY camera images ....... i could notice the resolution for B was poor than A. so, my question is - (ofcourse this is not normal) but what is the reason for this ?? and this happens quite frequently , anyone else facing the same ???? Thanks a lot
