on my yahoo their people in my contacts which i didn't even add this happened to me three times and all three contacts say exact same dialogue not even one differ and every time they come they say go to this website to watch me on webcam what are those contacts are they virus

Yes the contacts are a virus. You need to do a thorough virus, trojan, malware scan of your computer. I use the free version of AVG on mine and it works fine.
