Why i cant use my web-cam in yahoo cam chat,while i am using that cam in other chat site like as omegle?

i am using my web cam in other chat sites like as omegle, and it working well, but in yahoo messangar, i cant do cam chat with that same web cam,,,,,,,why??? what should i do to use this cam in yahoo chat?
