What are over-content ads?

Can google adsense /yahoo publisher ads be combined with click bank ads on a single page.?

• I provide 'your id embedded content' for google, yahoo, bidvertiser and clicksor. These are all pure text ads and cannot be combined as per the respective policies. Now I see text ads for clickbank ads. These are paid for sales ads and not text ads like yahoo, adsense etc. Can clickbank ads live together with text ads from google and yahoo etc.
