Where can I get text message alerts for NFL games?

How can i get the yahoo alerts to stop coming to my cell phone as a text message?

• I never signed up for this service, and everyday at 11am, i get a text alert from yahoo weather telling me the weather forcast for bagdad iraq. I am quite frustrated, i have texted it back, telling them idon't want texted anymore, and still i get them. I have also tried to write to yahoo about it, but have no direct way of contacting them, either email or a phone number! Can i go to my cell phone provider and get them to stop it?

When the red "Off" button is displayed, the alert is inactive. Suspend all alerts: This is useful when you want to temporarily disable all of your alerts without deleting them (for example, when you go on vacation). Go to Yahoo! Alerts and sign in to the account you used to set up the alert. Click the "My Alerts" tab at the top of the page. Click the "off" link at the bottom of the page next to "Turn All Alerts." To turn all alerts back on, click the "on" link next to "Turn All Alerts."
