Why can't I get into Yahoo Chat Rooms?

Back in the old days it was easy. I have Yahoo Messenger installed. I click on Chat Rooms and nothing happens. Usually if I have some kind of security block I'll get a message saying so. What am I doing wrong?

Change the firewall settings and allow Yahoo! Messenger, or try download the latest flash player http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Good luck! .
