Yahoo messenger problem, it won't open?

Anyone else having this problem?

I open yahoo messenger and it all looks fine but after about 30 minutes its not working, i try to log back in and it comes up with log in problem box and no matter what i do it won't work again until the following day :-\ Even rebooting makes no difference. Also when i try to log onto the main Yahoo site (yahoo.com) ...either Yahoo mail, Yahoo answer/questions or just sign on on the site... it just comes up with pagfe cannot be displayed but if i go to yahoo.co.uk it all works. This has only just started happening thios week and i was wondering if people like me from the UK cannot use the main yahoo site and maybe because i don't have the UK version of Yahoo messenger is the log in problem i am having too?

I've been having problems too this week, but it seems to have sorted itself out for now. I thought it was Yahoo! having another coffee break. Have you got a virus scan or another program running because sometimes that interferes?
