Why can't I keep Yahoo Classic home page?

I hate the new homepage. If you don't like it, tell Yahoo about it. The only way they will continue to have access to the classic format is if enough people gripe about it. There is a link at the bottom of the homepage "Send Feedback". USE IT!! Tell everyone to use it. We don't need Yahoo, but they do need our clicks & searches.

Yahoo does not care about us that we like the classic home page.

Sending feedback is important. I don't know if it will help change yahoo's mind, but it will let them know that there's a vocal population that doesn't like the change. I don't like the new page because it has too many mouse-over features that pop up whenever I move the mouse over that section of the screen, and it takes time for them to go away afterwords. It's like yahoo is trying to tell me what I want to do. Sorry - I know what I am trying to accomplish, I don't need you to hold my hand while I'm doing it. In the meantime, there is a "return to yahoo classic" link at the bottom right of the screen. If nothing else, you can usually get back to that view until the cutover date.

You won't need to switch on November 11... the new page will automatically be your Yahoo! home page. I'm sure Yahoo! wouldn't succumb to threats of people leaving... they have plenty of members. Besides, most people aren't going to leave just because, for whatever reason, they don't like the new home page. I don't understand why that home page is so important. I hardly ever even use it, or even notice much about it when I do use it.

Yahoo can't afford to create 2 separate home pages every day. I recommend going to page options in the new version and select "switch to compact view". That will get rid of the pop up pages. ₪ ɦəlʞɹɐq ₪
