Discover new things by browsing what's popular or interesting to you." So, you can access your bookmarks no matter what computer you are on, you can send bookmarks to other people so they can see them, and you can also see what other people's bookmarks are to find some interesting sites and useful resources! With Yahoo! Bookmarks, all it is is a list of sites you bookmarked and there is no interactive aspect, like sharing or anything. Also, MyWeb has nicer pictures and looks better With Bookmarks, though, you can Import/Export bookmarks - I don't know if you can do this with MyWeb

The big difference is that the new Yahoo! Bookmarks is really for personal bookmarking -- you can't set sharing/access controls so others can see what you share. That said, it's MUCH better at viewing and managing your own list of bookmarks -- better interaction, nice thumbnails, multiple views, better batch operations. MyWeb however, is designed to be a 'social' bookmarking site. So the pages you save there can be shared with the world, or specific groups of your friends. You can also see what the rest of your friends are saving. That's the big difference -- but note that the pages you save to either one will show up in the other. So if you currently use MyWeb, you can use bookmarks easily, and vice-versa. Eventually both products will merge, but for now, feel free to use either!
