How can I actually chat with yahoo using chat feature at help?
-
I changed my Yahoo password and then forgot it. I tried to use the password helper but Yahoo keeps directing me to contact my I.S.P. The problem is AT&T, can not help me because it is an issue with a yahoo only ID. I can not even get to "my security questions". So I emailed Yahoo support, which sent me an automatic response, that suggests non related articles and issues. I need my yahoo e-mail. I can see the Chat option in help, but have tried every possible topic hoping to get live help, and yahoo just lets me e-mail. They always send auto responses.

Answer:
Yahoo has spam, technical, and abuse support at the link below. There is no free phone support. There is live chat. It sometimes takes a few seconds for the chat icon to appear. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/forms_index.html ℬ ℋ
