How do I make a page my home page?

I get so sick of having my home page changed, I guess with updates etc. ? I am using Windows XP, and how to I set the page I want to my home page, I forgot. please give me baby steps, OK? Thanks I Am using www.yahoo.com as my home page, or lets say that is what I want to get back to :)

Go to the page you want. http://ca.yahoo.com/?p=us Click tools along the top line scroll down click internet options in the next window near the top click use current click o.k. at the bottom. In many cases if you look up on the page you will see Make Y! My Homepage If you see that click on it and Yahoo becomes your home page.
