New BT Yahoo! homepage (don't make me laugh!)?

I have seen questions and answers on here about people being asked if they wanted to change to the total joke that is the new BT Yahoo! 'home page'. It was forced upon me and other people I know. There was no option. How did some people have an option and why did others have no option?

its not a nice change i must admit....i really dont like my emails opened in another page! mind you i really hate BT...roll on the end of my contract!

I use BT total broadband..however i don't use the BTYahoo browser....just set your default browser to IE or Firefox There is a way to change your homepage but it's not worth doing as its a crap browser anyway..

I don't think anyone has a choice, it's forced on all of us. As far as I can tell most people prefer the old page. A couple of problems with the new one are the page being to wide and the bookmark list dissapearing. If you don't like the new one then email a complaint and tell them you will be changing your browser. The more people that do this the better, although they will probably take no notice.

Sorry - it looks like we're all stuck with the new "improved" version. The only way round this one is to change to a provider that listens to their customers. What was so wrong with the old, reliable, user friendly page??? John H
