What is wrong with my e-mail account?

I am unable to compose a message with my email account what is wrong?

• i can reiceve emals but when i try to forward a email or try and compose a email i can not send any at all

  I had the same problem a while ago. The problem was with the 'Color and Graphics' feature of Yahoo! Mail. Here is the Yahoo! Mail help page that helped me: Q: I can’t compose, reply, or forward messages. A: That takes all the fun out of email, doesn't it. Let's fix it! Here's how: Click the "Options" link in the upper right of your Mail page. On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on "General Preferences". Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose "Compose messages as plain text". Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save" button. Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward? If so, great! We're done. But if you're still having trouble Composing, Replying to a message or Forwarding, please click 'Contact Us' below, because we would like to resolve this and get your account working properly as quickly as possible.
