How do I put profile music and a profile background on tagged?

I am used to myspace and facebook. But I have some long distance friends who only do Tagged. (a social networking site) so I just made an account so I can talk to my friends and Im not sure how to put a different background or add music to my profile. Its not like myspace which im used to.

theres step by step things on there to create your profile. for music just go on to the music section type what you want and it says add to profile or something. gl
