My client has an account set up with Yahoo. Yahoo is both is web hosting company and his domain registrar. He does not remember his password and does not receive email at his yahoo email on his current MX record. How do we help him reconnect? Can you send password reset information to the email displayed on his website instead of the MX address? All of his other WHOIS information is current.

Answer:
If your client is unable to recall the password for his Yahoo! account he can attempt to reset his password online by clicking on the link on the sign in screen that says "I can't access my account". If he is unable to reset his password online then please have him email us at [email protected] with his Name, Yahoo! ID, domain name and a breif description of the issue so we can help.
