How do i contact yahoo customer care to chat with a live agent?

  • I cannot get into my yahoo mail or account forgot my password Then when I go to their help page to recover or change password it asks "what is this account for"? Guess that is security question But.......Every answer I try it says is wrong!!!! Now it says my account is locked I know YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE had a way to chat with a live agent Because I used it just a month or two ago but now I cannot find how to chat with a live agent. Only how to email them but that does me no good if I cannot get to my email Right now I am using my friends yahoo id to ask yall this question HELP ME HELP ME HELP ME
