How do I contact Yahoo Customer Service?

How can I contact Yahoo News Customer service.Ihave a complaint about the local news and the Star Tribune.?

  • When I view the local news some of the story lines are from the Star Tribune. Since Yahoo displays them I assume that clicking on the link will allow me to read the story. This is true with all except the ones referencing the Star Tribune. When you select those headlines you are directed to a page requiring you to subscribe before you can read the article and I don't wish too. Then you cannot back out without closing your browser as they won't let you out. I have been using Yahoo for many years but plan on changing my home page if this continues. If Yahoo posts a headline in their news I expect to be able to view the story with out being hasseled and coralled to subscribe to a newspaper I don't want. Yahoo customer service seams to do their best to avoid being contacted. One would think that Yahoo would do their best to answer or help the people that use their site by choice. It appears that corporate ethics are in question at Yahoo and the Star Tribune..

    Waaaaaaahhh! If you click on a news story link that takes you to a page that indicates you must subscribe to their service in order to read the story, just exit the page like millions upon millions of other people who don't want to subscribe. If you don't want to read the story bad enough to subscribe, then you really don't want to read the story bad enough.

I had an almost similar beef with AT&T Yahoo! Music Jukebox. I could find no way to get through to them by the web. I finally called (by phone!) AT&T's DSL help line, waded through the menu, and finally spoke to someone that did indeed help me. They were very curteous. Above and beyond.
