If you've been selected as a winner for the 2006 Yahoo Gift Splash, who do you contact? Is this for real?

    I am not sure what you are talking about, but if it is legit, Yahoo should be contacting you with the details...the only thing I have ever won is a dozen eggs from Ralphs Market...(I am vary wary of any message rec'd on my cell...there is a prefix for certain numbers that will end up costing you lots of money...it's a nasty scam so check with your operator prior to calling them...)

I got the message too, send your details via e - mail to the address that's written on the message. And wait for a response. you do not need to give out your bank account details or any details you don't wish to share.

Smells like scam. Did you receive the notification via email? If so, check if the email comes from "yahoo-inc.com"

Well, eithor contact yahoo by possibly email or its fake. Yahoo would contact you if you really won but you have no questions answered. But if anything forward it to yahoo as a spoof of phising and they can take care of it incase you didnt actually win.

You should only be contacted by Yahoo. Do not give any personal info out either... Be careful :-)
