How do I contact customer service at Yahoo! Points?

There is no longer an email nor a phone # listed to contact customer service for Yahoo! Points. I ordered something in March, was told in May that the item was not available any more, and here it is July and the points have not been returned yet. If I cannot contact Yahoo! Points, I'd at least like to send a complaint to Yahoo! corporate.

You can't buy anyhting with Yahoo points. Those points are only for bragging rights and the only thing you get is the capacity of asking and answering more questions....

I'm not too sure that Yahoo is a corporation.You could try Dun and Bradstreet.You selected a prize with your Yahoo Answers points?I'm seeing Yahoo and other ISP's as just a computer program that is minimally maintained.You could try Yahoo feedback.Good luck.
