Why has Ugly Betty stopped showing on Channel 4?

  • Two weeks ago, the 9 o'clock slot had been taken over....was there a reason why it stopped? Will it be coming back?

    Back in the middle of Janmuary, Stopped for xmas, and slightly affected by the strike, but as we are behind USA we have a few more to go. UK: last episode shown; Bananas for Betty To be shown (I think) ; 34 Zero Worship 35 Odor in the Court 36 A Thousand Words By Friday

well maybe the xmas schedule BUT also there is or was a writers strike in the US.. so slowing down showing such things will help the writers with the backlog.. prefer my name is earl anyway =)

Apparently there was some writers strike or something. To do with all of the American shows that are big, it's meant to be something to do with that.

will it not be because it was the end of the series. i have missed it actually what with my new born daughter being in hospital the last episode i saw was where willie had daniels dads sperm and said if she couldnt marry into the meed family shell give birth to an aire. if there has been any other episodes can u please fill me in or at least let me know where i can watch the episodes i have missed :)
