Can Yahoo stop users from using Yahoo?

More & more dickheads & spammers are popping up in yahoo services such as Answers & Yahoo Games causing problems & annoyances for loyal, decent & all-star members (paying members). In Google answers it’s not such a problem. IS IT NOT TIME YAHOO TAKE MORE EXTREME MEASSERS TO COMBAT THIS & FOR US TO SEND THEM OUR COMPLAINTS, OPINIONS & IDEAS. Most of the real trouble makers do it for their own amusement (eg. People in yahoo games take & make private 100s of tables using vulgar ID's, preventing other users to play. I have seen a few tournaments cancelled due to theses people.), or they have ways of making a profit (best not to click on any links on offers witch come in many sneaky forms). Can’t yahoo make a program or employ a few people to eliminate bots & other idiots (Some are very noticeable trouble makers) from games rooms? IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE more Q's like this & people making a fuss. As this problem will only get worse & harder to combat if we don’t.

i really wish they would do away with them like people taking over entire game rooms and tables... it takes the fun out of gaming and they also need 2 stop the cheaters and the Bots

They should be able to track the IP addresses of it's users, to prevent people from spamming from the same place. Could reduce multiple accounts also. Just an idea.
