How to put a window screen in from inside?

How do you put the screen back in a window?

• Please help, i have the window that has the little black tabs on the top and bottom, im scared that once i get it out it won't go back in!

  Well your description is limited, but I think I know what you're talking about. If its the screen itself that has the black tabs, those are there to remove and install it. Spring tension holds it in the frame--just gently pull on the tabs towards the center, which will warp the screen frame, allowing you to push it out or pull it inside. To re-install it, do the same in reverse--pull the tabs just enough to slightly warp (but not bend) the screen frame, and set it back into the window frame. Make sure it sits squarely in the frame, as there should be a little 'trough' for it to rest in, or else it will just fall out once you let go of the tabs.
