Hello... If you would allow me to be of help to you,maybe you can take some of these advices.... 1) to improve your speaking skills,you can practice in front of a mirror everyday when you wake up or whenever you have time ( i would say do it whenever you brush your hair). This would help you gain confidence and you could correct yourself too specially on how you utter the words. I believe in the saying "practice makes perfect".... 2)have self-confidence.Always remember that you are a unique person and nobody else in this world could ever equall you.It is up to you if you would see yourself as a loser or you would strive hard to be better than others.Take the positive one.Think you are better than them and you could prove it to everybody who dare you to. 3)be competent on your own field.I mean on the job you are applying for.If you are that knowledgeable and skillfull enough on you own field of endeavor,you are ready to answer any querry about that and dont forget to put your heart with your work. 4)above all, pray for God's guidance and help because there is no one else who could help you more than Him whom we owe everything.Prayer can move mountains,as Christians believe, and I do. Try to improve first your vocabulary and also try to always speak in English. But most important is to be confident about yourself and always think positive.

Watch yourself, especially your mouth in the mirror. Try to make the same shapes and sounds as you have heard or watched on television. Of course, believe in yourself. Take baby steps. Go slowly during the interview. Get acquainted with those that use English as their first language. Ask that person for a date...anywhere...and to be your teacher. I did that when I lived in Turkey and found I learned Turkish quite quickly when I had Turkish friends. You mimic what you hear, thus becoming better at duplicating those sounds. And your friends will correct you if you are mispronouncing anything. Plus you are having fun with your new friends ! You are improving your communication skills by being with a strange group. You now need to rely on what you have learned to get the message across. I hope you find the job of your dreams.
