Why cannot I view my profile on yahoo?

Please Help! Why Can't I View My Yahoo Chat Profile?

Whenever I try to edit my Yahoo! Chat profile so I can change my yahoo chat id, I can't. Because the page will not load up and all i ever get is a blank screen. I tried seeking help from Yahoo! Customer Care, but they were no help. They keep advising me that it has got to do with my internet and browser settings or the settings on my computer. I followed their instructions to change them, but they didn't work. And I have tried to view my chat profile on a number of computers without any luck. Please help me!
