How do I set my profile picture in Youtube?

How do you set your profile picture now that Yahoo! pictures is closed?

  • I tried changing my picture on my yahoo profile, when I try to upload/change and or delete my current picture I am directed to a page telling me Yahoo! Pictures is closed and that I should try to create a Flickr account. I don't want to store pictures, just change my own profile picture.

    there are few issues with uploading pictures at the moment so just be patient. Just go to your Q&A page and click Edit My Info. Then select if you want to use an avatar or one of your own pictures. if you havent set up an avatar before just go to this link provided and set one up then come back here to set it up on answers. To put a picture on as your avatar, right click the picture you want and save to my documents. ( make sure its jpg format as gif will not work on yahoo answers.) you will need to upload it to your 360 account first then to yahoo answers. You need to 18+ to open a 360 account. Good luck.

www.flickr.com It's the new yahoo photo site and it's REALLY addictive. lol You can set up a new account for free with limited space for your photos.

Profile Picture will be remaining as it is. Only thing what you used to store your picture that you may need to upload somewhere else. Like, Flick, Picasa, Webshot etc..
