How do you change the name to your Yahoo account?

How do I change my yahoo account name?

• When I go to edit my account information it takes me to "edit.yahoo.com~", shows my name, dob, etc... I don't want my real name stored on any servers on the internet, public or private. When I click on "Edit profile details" next to where it displays my name it doesn't let me change it. It takes me to my profile where I can edit the nickname but not the 'actual' name. Do I have to delete the account just to do this?

  Click on your name at the top left corner of this page where it says Hi.>Click Account Info> Enter your password and change your name there. To change name in your outgoing mail, go to your Yahoo Mail> Click Mail Options (Top right corner)> Click Account on the left and change your name from there.
