Where do I find my original yahoo profile?

I can't view or edit my profile - where can I find a yahoo support addy? :P?

  • I can't get into my yahoo profile! It's vanished into the ethers. I can't find it in the FAQ, or find a help address.

    Use the form at http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/md/cgi_feedback to report your difficulty to Yahoo! If enough people begin reporting it maybe it will get fixed quicker. Be specific and provide details like what Operating System you use and what browser and version. I used the form myself and received an e-mail reply stating "We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please be assured that we are aware of this problem and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible."

I think it's not "you", but Yahoo! A number of people have been having intermittent troubles the last few days accessing their (and perhaps other) Y!Profiles. I suggest don't worry too much (you Profile IS still there and ok - it's just an access problem) - keep trying, and refresh the page (Ctrl-F5) and sooner or later it will pop up ok.
