Why won't the new Yahoo main-page hold my default location for the Weather section?

  • Several times I've entered my location as the default for the Weather section. But whenever I click on Weather in my favorites, I get a screen asking me to enter a location. I've followed all the directions and it says my city is my default location. It worked before the change. My location is a state capitol. I get no answer from the Help section. It's frustrating. Has anyone solved this?

  • Answer:

    It's probably because the new homepage is still in testing, all the bugs are not out yet. For most, the new homepage doesn't stay, it reverts back to the original.
