How to create an avatar?

Whenever I type 'yahoo avatar' into Google, when I click on the first result that comes up, it doesn't work. The pics don't load and it won't let me create my avatar. I'm talking about this link: http://uk.avatars.yahoo.com/ I tried on another browser and it didn't work either. How do I get round this?

Click "My Activity" at top of page Select "Edit My Preferences" Click "Update photo or avatar" Follow instructions to select your photo/avatar Click "Submit" on bottom of original page when done To make a carton avatar: http://avatar.yahoo.com Make sure your Pulse profile is not hidden. :o)
