How can people answer your question if they have been banned? :)

By being always rude or answering with spam , as ashok . did.....

I guess you break the rules too often. I think there are warnings after a rule is broken. . . unless the rule that is broken is very serious and then the person might be banned for just one offense. I guess if all else fails we could read the Community Guidelines.
