Answer:
That is a bug/glitch on yahoo right now.the way to fix it is to ; Go to tools,,internet options, advance tab,,click reset internet explorer settings. click apply, ok Mine went to India. The above fixed it and it has not changed since. However this will disable any added plug ins and they will need turned back on.
