How do I get my Avatar to come back on my main Yahoo page?

HELP!!! How do I get my avatar to show up on my proflie??

  • Ok, so I've been checking through all the answers to see if they could help me, but I guess I'm just stupid or somwething b/c I still can't get ti to work. First I know I go to 1)Edit my profile 2) Go to the 3 pictures and select get a yahoo! avatar. Right? Well I did all that and created my avatar, saved it to my favorites, and was I supposed to check one to make it come up? Well I did and it doesn't come up! I keep going back to the Edit my Proflie page and it still says no yahoo! avatar so I click on get an avatar again and it takes me back to the 3 I've saved!! Is this only happening to me or am I just STUPID!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

  • Answer:

    Go back into edit profile and make sure you click on the window (there's a dot below it) that says to use your avatar. then hit preview and then finish and that should do it.

You may possibly have a corrupt cache file -- it makes all KINDS of things go wonky. Try this: clear your history, temporary files & cookies, reboot and retry. If it STILL is not available, it may be a problem with Yahoo! Answers (it sometimes is!). You can click the blue Forum link at the top right of the page and post it there, or email them directly at [email protected] (missing "e" is deliberate) and let them know and they might be able to fix it for you.
