Yahoo toolbar problem?

None of the buttons are showing for my yahoo toolbar. All that there is is the Yahoo! button, toolbar settings, and search. I haves went to the settings to set up custom buttons and then i saved but the toolbar is blank.

Try manually refreshing the toolbar by clicking "refresh toolbar" under the Pencil menu.
