Can someone tell me why the Yahoo engineers refuse to fix the chess time clock?

I've emailed and written to Yahoo about this, but NO ONE RESPONDS TO ME! I've lost at 50 games over the years because the chess time clock did not expire when my opponent runs out of time. I've also won a few games because my clock didn't expire when my time has run out. Either way it's not right!!! FIX THE DAMN CHESS CLOCK!!!

That's not a problem with the yahoo chess engine that is cheating by the person your playing. Yahoo chess is the absolute worst site to play chess at. Try myspace chess, they use elo ratings, and ICC is the best
