What happened to the old aim profiles?

Why did aim profiles change into bebo?its really annoying!?

  • when i try and get on my aim profile it goes to bebo and i cant get back to the regular aim and it deleted all of my old aim profile!

    I KNOW I AGREE WITH YOU ALL. i hate bebo! i spent soooooo much time on aim and i work on it like all the time! it was seriously my life! my pics my buddy info my buddys,.....everything is gone and it knows stuff about me somehow that i never told aim even. like for instance on aim i had a fake age and bday and year and that i was like divorsed or sumthin and on bebo it knows my REAL bday and REAL age and everything and idk how and its reaally really scary! i cant figure any of it out an dit makes me really mad! oh and it says u can change it back but you cant! one of my best friends was trying and it asked her how old she was and it said she was to young 4 sum gay reason wen shes not AND DELETED HER ENTIRE PROFILE. so even if she cud change it back it doesnt matter cuz it seriously deleted her account. and she had nothing bad on it shes freakin 12. im so mad. and my about me i had tons of icons and flashy stuf in and all and it clumped it all together and changed iit all and it says my photos r cumin now but like WHERE R THEY>? and pros rnt like private nemor nd it wont let me change stuff...im going 2 just delete my account. but it sucks even tho its not the same cuz i loved it so much. i hate bebo and aim had no right to change this w/o telln us or givin us the option. also i think that aim has control over ur statis message now or sumthin cuz i was so mad and i had AIM SUCKS in my statis and it took it off and made it blank! creepy! and i hate the whole myspace thing but i just had 2 break down and get it. even tho the whole things creeps me out. see i knew every single thing about aim and how it worked and all and my friends came to me like all the time if they had probs w it or they ***** figure out how 2 do sumthin....nd like i dont get ne of this other stuff. AT ALL. this is all bull. aim needs to change it back. if anyone figures out how PLEASE let me know. im so ticked.

I am beyond pissed with AOL, atleast my contacts are on my aim chat box thing so im ok with that. but this is BS EDIT i think we should contact AOL about this, we can make a protest, who's with me?

I just got on today and just about cried. Everything is gone, all of my pictures, and icons, and comments, and quotes, and everything else. And, you can't get on your profile without being logged onto AIM now. I liked to just go on my profile. And I can't figure out what I am doing! I think a part of me just died inside. ETA: I'm all in for a protest, Andyman

i know! I spent a lot of time on my aim profile and they deleted everything i have! I wish they at least would have said why they made us change to stupid bebo! If ur in with the protest then im in it too!!

I'm not that pissed as everyone else but it's not that bad...unless you had a lot of comments and friends but all you have to do is invite them again and lose comments it's not that bad...But they should of told us.

ugh me too! i am so MAD! and it doesnt seem like a big deal but EVERYTHING is gone! my nature photographs, my pictures, my music, friends, profile views, comments, are all gone! i wish they would have given out a warning or at least let us keep our stuff!

I KNOW!!!!!!!! i'm so pissed off, it's not even funny. i had a bunch of comments, and profile buddies. now my profile looks like ****, i can't believe we didn't get a warning..... now i don't even see the point in aim then just IM people....really gay.
