What does the error 999 mean on yahoo?

What does the 999 error on Yahoo generally mean?

  • I'm getting it when I try to answer a particular question - everything else is working fine and I can answer other questions, just not this particular one. I can view the question, and write my answer, but when I click 'submit' it brings up a page stating that a 999 error has occurred. What does this mean?
