How come I can't figure out how to get into any yahoo chat rooms on the newest yahoo messenger?

Not that they are worth going to anyways because of all the bots, but I am kind of bored and want to go to a chat room. Does anyone know how to get to the yahoo rooms or any other free chat rooms? If anyone wants to chat, Yahoo Messenger - RBENNETTL

Which version are you using? The newest one is 8.1. I just tried and no problems joining chat rooms. Just click on <Messenger> tab, scroll down to <Yahoo chat> , <Join a room> choose your room and that's it!
