How do I completely delete a 360 account?

  • I have yahoo.com account, then I got a verizon dsl acct & thought I had to switch my 360 blog. I've used that 360 blog for over a year now, but I've moved and I don't think I'm going to have the option to use verizon as my carrier. I don't want to lose my blog from my verizon account so I want to delet my yahoo.com 360 to transfer (if it can be done) my dsl blog to my yahoo.com account. Does that make sense? It's clear in my head, but looking at it on the screen it looks all jumbled!

    The only way to completely delete your Yahoo! ID associated with that account. This would include mail, messenger, answers, etc. (Changing carriers shouldn't affect your Yahoo! account.)

Yahoo goes everywhere and is accessible from everywhere-no matter what computer you are using or online service-it will not shut down on you-or need to be switched to something else. With that said-if you still want to delete your 360-you can go through all of your blog entries and delete them individually-that way you no longer have them on your profile. Otherwise-you can't transfer a yahoo account to something else. If you want to completely erase a 360 profile-you will need to completely detele your yahoo account as a whole.
