Why doesn't Yahoo messenger 360 work?

Yahoo! Messenger won't work on Yahoo! 360.?

• It won't let me add people to Messenger either. It says that Firefox doesn't know how. But I just got done IMing, and I always use Firefox as my browser now.

  Yahoo! Messenger, while available through the web browser at http://webmessneger.yahoo.com , is best used as a stand-alone program. Go to http://messenger.yahoo.com to download and install the program. Services are only available through Yahoo! 360, but are not run by it. If you have trouble adding people to Yahoo! Messenger, you should seek technical support here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/messenger9/forms_index.html or check out Help pages like this one: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/messenger9/messenger/ . You may need to upgrade or re-install the program. Also, you may need to update your computer system (via Windows Update), Firefox browser, and even the Adobe Flash plug-in (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ). Then, you can likely use Yahoo! Messenger better Through Yahoo! 360, provided that who you are trying to IM has done the same thing.
