How do I cut and paste my yahoo 360 avatar to another site?

I think my avatar is cute, and would like to cut and paste it to runnersworld.com, where I join discussions signed in as "mnlakefish". Is it possible to use the same avatar? And, if it is *not*, do you recommend a website that has avatars that I can cut and paste onto runnersworld.com? Thanks!

It may or may not involve cutting and pasting. Either way, you have to download your avatar from http://avatars.yahoo.com. See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/avatars/preferences/avatar-22.html . Now, whatever instructions that Runnersworld has for using/uploading images, then you can use this image for it.
