How to allow xbox 360 through firewall?

• I have my xbox 360 connected to my PC so I can play on xbox live, but for my xbox to connect I have to disable my firewall. Can anyone tell me how I can let my xbox 360 through my firewall, because I don't like having to disable it whenever I want to go on my xbox. I'm not really good with computers, so if you can explain it quite simply please. I use windows firewall. Thanks.
