How do i send my xbox 360 to microsolft?

    TAKE THE HARD DRIVE OUT. There's a good chance of it getting wiped while it's there, getting it there can take as long as a week, it depends on where you are. I live in Wisconsin, and it took around four days.

First off if you called them alredy they will send you an email were you print that paper for the shipping later take it to ups and they will help you out there if i remember correctly you have to pay $10 (thats what i paid) they will put it in a box and wrap so you wont have to do anything. It takes about 3-4 days to get to the factory can depend how far you are also. It will take anywere from a week to maybe even 3 or 4 (ive send mine multiple times lol) and thats about it. And no dont send the hard drive.
