How to make a personal copy of my blog?

How to use copy and paste to make a blog entry?

  • Answer:

When I've tried to just copy (ctrl+c) and paste (ctrl+v) into my blog, I've had problems with all kinds of font types, font sizes, and formats getting pasted in, too. My blog theme has the default font type and size written into the theme and I don't want what I copy and paste to override the theme. I also want to set the format from within my blogging software, not from what I copy and paste. So, I found out that if I copy and paste into Windows Notepad first, then copy out of Notepad (ctrl+c) and paste into my blog (ctrl+v), I seem to avoid carrying over the formatting and I can let my theme take over.
